On this special evening, the Matti Klein Acoustic Trio dedicates itself to the repertoire of a legendary pianist of the soul jazz era: Bobby Timmons.

Matti Klein became known as a founding member of the German jazz-funk cult band Mo’Blow and tours internationally with his band Matti Klein Soul Trio and the Brazilian soul icon Ed Motta.

Tomi Salesvuo is a drummer, bandleader, producer and educator from Helsinki, Finland. In addition to performing in clubs and festivals in more than 20 nations, Salesvuo has held drum master classes in many European countries and teaches as a assistant professor at the Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
